We’ll see what the next few days bring. It will be very interesting to watch the American media coverage of this. One has to wonder if they will cover the ‘scandal’ of a payment more than the ‘rescue’ itself (which quickly faded from the front pages). I think most Americans didn’t even know their were American hostages being held in the first place…
