But the reactions of the players and fans to this tragedy that happened in Texas is pretty frightening.

FWIW, he got the ball. Another fan caught it and gave it to an usher. The usher passed it along to the team and they signed it before presenting it and other goodies in the hospital to the recovering fan.

Ok, what gives? Since when has the girl next door look been co-opted by redheads?

I was watching the new Doctor Who (the 11th Doctor for those keeping track) and he has a new companion. Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) is the Doctor’s new sidekick.

This comes on the heels of Harry Potter’s new love interest, the girl next door in his life, who also happens to be Ginger. I think there is some repressed sexual thing percolating in the anti-redhead sentiments in the UK.
